The memorial is located at Veterans Memorial Ball Field, located behind Phillips Elementary School, and is accessible from a parking lot on the southwest corner of the school property, at the southern-most end of Turner Street, at its "L" intersection with Germania Avenue, at or near 400 Turner Street, Phillips, Wisconsin 54555.
